About the event
A 4-week program designed for the already successful. You are invited to expand your influence, cultivate new ways of interacting in board environments, and increase your effectiveness. This online program blends research with guided peer practice, along with an influence assessment including one-hour of personalized coaching. All meetings 8-10am New York time zone, except for Week 3.
Weekly Focus:
Week 1: Thursday, October 3, Communication - honing individual awareness
Week 2: Thursday, October 10, Board Dynamics - navigating group interactions
Week 3: Influence Assessment - including one hour of personalized coaching (scheduled separately)
Week 4: Thursday, October 24, Board Decision-making - putting new skills into practice
